Pineapple Miso Udon Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 package udon noodles
  • 1 bowl shredded onions
  • 1/2 bowl shredded carrots
  • 4 large fresh shrimps (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 green onion (cut into sections for garnish)
  • A Handful of White sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 spoon Japanese mayonnaise (according to preference)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Empress's Pineapple Miso Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Add oil to pan and stir-fry shredded onions and carrots until cooked
  2. Add fresh shrimp and stir-fry for 7 minutes until cooked
  3. At the same time, cook udon noodles in boiling water until soft (takes about 5 minutes)
  4. Place cooked udon noodles into stir-fry pan, add soy sauce, mayonnaise and Empress Pineapple Miso Hot Sauce. Mix evenly. 
  5. Garnish with green onions and white sesame seeds and you're ready to eat!
