Pineapple Miso Udon Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 package udon noodles
- 1 bowl shredded onions
- 1/2 bowl shredded carrots
- 4 large fresh shrimps (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 green onion (cut into sections for garnish)
- A Handful of White sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 spoon Japanese mayonnaise (according to preference)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Empress's Pineapple Miso Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Add oil to pan and stir-fry shredded onions and carrots until cooked
- Add fresh shrimp and stir-fry for 7 minutes until cooked
- At the same time, cook udon noodles in boiling water until soft (takes about 5 minutes)
- Place cooked udon noodles into stir-fry pan, add soy sauce, mayonnaise and Empress Pineapple Miso Hot Sauce. Mix evenly.
- Garnish with green onions and white sesame seeds and you're ready to eat!
