Avocado and Shrimp Open Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of baguette
  • 1 garlic
  • 9 shrimp
  • 1/3 avocado (can be adjusted according to preference)
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded purple onion
  • 1 tablespoon of mango hot sauce (can be adjusted according to preference)

Steps

  1. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, and rub it on the baguette.

  2. After the shrimp is cooked, peel the shell for later use.

  3. Slice the avocado.

  4. Put avocado slices on the baguette, then put shrimp, sprinkle with chopped onions, drop a few drops of mango hot sauce.
