- 2 cups of rice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup rice vinegar
[Other Ingredients] - salmon
- avocado
- Mango Hot Sauce

- Soak 2 cups of rice into cold water for 30 minutes
- Cook the rice
- Mix ⅓ cup rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Add mixed vinegar into the rice while the rice cools down
- Pan fry the salmon and make it into small pieces
- Mix 2 tablespoons of mango with salmon
- Take some rice and add salmon and avocado
- Make it into a rice ball
- Roll Rice balls on the sesames
- Add mango sauce on top
